Served as panel chair, panelist or sole arbitrator in many arbitrations involving the same fields of law. Acted as counsel or meditator in many mediations involving the same areas of law. Tried numerous cases before federal and state courts, juries, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies, including complex cases with damages in the high eight figures.
